Boys and Manners Package Giveaway
CONTEST CLOSED – Thanks to everyone who entered! Our winner is Lisa, who said: “I have two teenage boys and could really use this. None of their friends have very good manners and I don’t want my boys being mannerless.” I’ll be emailing you with your download link today Lisa!
Here is another great contest for our blog readers! I’m delighted to be able to give away a copy of 100 Important Things Your Boys Need to Know: A Homeschooler’s Guide to Boys & Manners – A toolkit of 8 resources for helping you train up those boys.

Although we have only girls so far, they also need to be trained to have proper manners! We have purchased this set, and our children have really enjoyed it.
Thanks to Jim Erskine from Little Homeschool Library, Homeschool Radio Shows, and Homeschool Freebies, for allowing us to offer this copy as a prize to our blog readers! This e-book package set is available as an instant download for $14.95 through the above links.
Please take a look at everything that is included in the package, it is jam-packed with a total of 11 e-books and 1 audio book. Our oldest daughter LOVES the Goops audio recording.

I recently discovered our next baby is a boy, and I already know I’ll be homeschooling both our children. I’m a little nervous about being a good mother to a boy…What do I know about boy-thing?
But I’m sure I’ll figure it out, especially with the help of books like this one.
Thanks for the contest!
We had three girls before a boy joined our family. Then, another girl, followed by another boy. Our oldest boy is 4 now and while I don’t try to make him behave like a lady, I do stress manners for him, just as I do with the girls. It would be interesting to see what this material has to say on the matter.
I already get your email updates, so here’s the additional comment telling you that!
We only have girls (so far) but I think we could still get good use out of this package. Manners is something we’ve been discussing quite abit recently around here and some additional resources to reinforce would be LOVELY!
I’m subscribed to your feed in a reader, does that count the same as the e-mail updates?

Having two boys, one with an extremely strong will, manners are a constant area of development we work on in our home. I would love to see what the Erskine’s say about it!

This gives me hope that my son will use utensils one day without prompting! This book would be a blessing!!!
I have two teenage boys and could really use this. None of their friends have very good manners and I don’t want my boys being mannerless.
My kids have listened to Jim Erskine’s programs for a long time. Now I have two young little boys that I’m raising and I think it’s very important for boys to have good manners. My oldest son is nearly 19 and I always have people comment on how polite and thoughtful he is. What a blessing to hear good things about your son!
I have 2 boys and this would be a great help in the future…so count me in.

I wonder if this would be helpful to “fine tune” by 16 before he enters adulthood!

I was just talking to my husband the other day about the lack of manners in some kids these days.
We have a son and a daughter. The girl makes manners look easy to learn. The boy? He needs a little encouragement in that direction. :0) I’m not used to having to reinforce manners so many times! :0) This sounds great.
Thanks!

I homeschool my son and daughter and I thing we could use this book because I can always use tips and new information. Everytime I read a new book I find a few great ideas I can put into practice right away. I always tried to let my boy be a boy – part of why we homeschool, so he can be loud and run around and not be stuck at a desk all day. But as he gets older, I wonder how to reign in some of that excitement which I don’t see as much in my daughter. Also, manners are very important to me.
In a day where chivalry and manners shine
brightly, these resources are treasures! Thanks
for offering them.
My husband is away often so the child rearing falls to me.
My wife and I have two boys and feel we’ve been doing a good job, but it would be nice to see if we’re doing it by “the book”
for fun
