Pic(k) of the Day, July 11th
This is the view through our front screen door. Baron is our big white dog, Mittens is our comparatively small orange neutered cat. All of our critters live outside except for Patches and her new kitten. Baron is 3/4 Akbash, 1/4 Great Pyrenee. He’s mostly white, but does roll on the dusty road several times a day, so he appears off-white. Mittens is the most affectionate of our male cats. We bought Baron our first summer here to stay (when our neighbour had a bear in his field) he was 10 months old, and he’ll be three this fall. Mittens is two.
