Here we are at the zoo in Edmonton before baby #3 arrived. I’m 9 months pregnant here. We walked around the zoo for 5.5 hours (I was secretly hoping this would start labour – but it didn’t). I did get very sore, stiff hips for the night though – I could hardly walk after I got home! Thankfully the massaging vibrator machine, a warm soak and a night’s sleep helped immensely.
Doesn’t my oldest daughter look terrified? She thought the shark would eat her – Jonah anyone? Daughter #2 just looks distracted, she was asking to go see the guinea pigs again. She loved those guinea pigs! Baby #3 didn’t arrive for nearly a week after this photo was taken.
Were did you get that awesome maternity dress?

A lovely young lady at church made it for me from a pattern I bought online – Catherine’s Choice. It is a nursing dress that can go maternity if you choose the fuller skirt. She made a few modifications – gathered the sleeves with elastic, and lifted the skirt a bit (not sure about thatt second one). It’s a fab dress! I love big full skirts!
