In some families time pieces become family heirlooms.  Passe down through the generations, longed for belongings of deceased relatives.  The omega chronograph watch has the potential to be such an heirloom.

Now, personally - I wouldn’t be swimming in a watch featuring diamonds in the setting, but you never know when you might find yourself thrown from your yacht into turbulent waters.

My favourite however is the Omega Constellation.  I’ve included a picture of the pink, mother-of-pearl version to the left.  It too is set with diamonds, and is water resistant.  I appreciate it’s smaller size, as I prefer a dainty watch.  This luxury watch is well beyond my means, and I’m sure many of my frugal-minded readers would gasp at the price. This style of watches is worn by stars such as Cindy Crawford and other well off-celebrities, and is quite elegant in appearance.
